Seating Arrangements for the Big Day

When the big day is fast approaching, it’s normal to get nervous. One job that’s often left to the last minute and often completed in a bit of a panic is the seating plan. We’d never recommend leaving this until last when you’re planning your wedding, and that’s because it can be one of the most awkward wedding tasks going.

Where do you sit him? Should she be near the front? Will those two get on?

These are just some of the questions the bride and groom may ask themselves when they’re putting the plan together. To keep things simple, create a boy, girl, boy, girl, seating pattern on each of the tables. That way couples will be seated together, and there can’t be ay complaints from guests – after all, everyone will be in the same boat.

The top table is usually the easiest to plan, you’ll have he bride and groom in the middle with parents to either side, followed by bridesmaids and groomsman. Make sure you get your plan done now if your big day is just around the corner.
