Cutting out carbohydrates
Carbs can be evil, especially if they exist in every one of your main meals. The quickest way to shed some pounds is to cut back on bread, potato, pasta and white rice. The more lean meat and vegetables you eat, the quicker you’ll see a difference in weight. Of course, getting into a wedding dress is also about the figure, and you’ll have to put in some regular exercising time if you want to get leaner.
